Notice of Volunteer Orientation
To ensure that we provide the best possible experience for our runners and walkers, we will be holding VOLUNTEER ORIENTATION sessions to ensure that all our volunteers are well-informed of event details and volunteer duties for race weekend.
You are invited to attend ONE of the following sessions:
Monday, September 12
7:00pm - 8:30pm
Prince Arthur Hotel, 17 Cumberland Street N
Tuesday, September 13
7:00pm - 8:30pm
Prince Arthur Hotel, 17 Cumberland Street N
At this time you will be provided with details regarding your duties, when and where to arrive for your shift, and your official volunteer t-shirt.
If you are unable to attend one of the above sessions, please advise by email to volunteer@thunderbaymarathon.com so that alternate arrangements can be made for you to obtain the above information.
